I produced 16 interior illustrations for STELLAR, some in a comic-style format to bring the action to life - a visual format especially suited to young dyslexic readers.

This was the rough I sent to Barrington Stoke - the key points were that the siblings needed to be reaching for each other against a backdrop of the rising sun over the curve of the Earth, and the ISS clearly present behind them.

Final image. As it's a children's series, I went for a slightly cartoonish look for the spacesuits, but with enough visual detail to keep things interesting.
